First seen Jan 25, 2026 · Last updated May 06, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study tested how acceptable it is to use misoprostol alone to bring on a late period, without first confirming pregnancy. It involved 17 people who were up to 14 days late and did not want to be pregnant. The goal was to see if people were satisfied with this approach and if it effectively brought on their period.
