New knee device aims to curb arthritis pain without full replacement

Summary
This study is testing the safety and effectiveness of the MISHA Knee System, a device implanted to relieve pain and improve function in people with medial knee osteoarthritis. About 120 adults aged 25 to 65 who have not gotten relief from non-surgical treatments will be followed for 5 years. The main goal is to see how many avoid further surgery related to the device.
