New targeted therapy shows promise for Tough-to-Treat ovarian cancer

Summary
This study tests a drug called mirvetuximab soravtansine in people whose ovarian cancer has come back and has high levels of a protein called folate receptor alpha. The drug delivers a toxin directly to cancer cells. About 136 participants will either get this drug or standard chemotherapy to see which works better at delaying cancer growth.
