First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests a drug called mirvetuximab soravtansine in people with a specific type of recurrent ovarian cancer that has high levels of a protein called folate receptor alpha. The drug delivers chemotherapy directly to cancer cells to try to slow or stop the cancer from growing. About 136 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the new drug or standard platinum-based chemotherapy to see which works better.
