NCT ID NCT07018336

First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated May 03, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study compares two modern therapies—mirror therapy and virtual reality (VR)—to see which one better improves arm function in people who have weakness on one side after a stroke. About 42 adults, aged 18 to 75, who had a stroke 6 to 12 months ago will be randomly assigned to one session of either therapy. Researchers will measure movement, coordination, and daily activity performance right before and after the session to find out which approach offers quicker benefits.
