Summary

This study tested two different therapies—mirror therapy and action observation therapy—to see which better helps people who had a stroke at least six months ago improve arm movement and daily independence. 76 participants received one of the therapies alongside standard physical therapy. The goal was to find a simple, effective way to boost recovery and quality of life for chronic stroke survivors.
