Summary

This study tests whether adding mirror therapy to standard physical therapy helps people who recently had a stroke regain arm and hand function. About 44 adults aged 40–55 with a stroke within the past month will take part. Participants will either get usual rehab or usual rehab plus mirror therapy, and their hand movement, muscle tightness, and range of motion will be measured after one week.
