Mirror and virtual combo could boost stroke recovery

Summary
This study tests whether doing mirror therapy before augmented reality training helps stroke survivors improve arm movement and balance. About 75 adults who had a stroke 3 months to 3 years ago will take part. The goal is to see if this combination works better than standard rehab.
