Summary

This early-phase study tests the safety and best dose of a new drug, miRisten, in 12 adults with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that has come back or not improved after standard treatments. The drug works by blocking certain molecules that help cancer cells grow. The main goal is to find out if miRisten is safe and tolerable for these patients.
