New drug trial offers hope for kids with severe Crohn's disease

Summary
This study is testing whether the medication mirikizumab can help control Crohn's disease in children and teenagers. About 90 participants with moderate to severe Crohn's disease who haven't responded well to other treatments will receive the drug for about 74 weeks. Researchers will measure whether it reduces symptoms and intestinal inflammation while monitoring safety.
