Summary
This study is testing a drug called mirdametinib for children and young adults with low-grade glioma, a type of brain tumor. The goal is to see if the drug is safe, find the right dose, and measure how well it shrinks or controls the tumor. The trial includes patients who are newly diagnosed, have had the tumor come back, or have tried similar drugs before.
