First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 11, 2026 · Updated 39 times

Summary

This study tests two oral drugs, mirdametinib and sirolimus, together in people with a specific genetic form of multiple myeloma that has returned or not responded to treatment. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if the combination can shrink or control the cancer. About 54 adults with KRAS or NRAS gene changes will take the pills daily in 4-week cycles for up to a year, with long-term follow-up.
