Bladder drug mirabegron may calm deadly heart rhythms

Summary
This study tests whether mirabegron, a drug currently used for overactive bladder, can reduce dangerous heart rhythms in people with heart disease. Twenty adults with an implanted defibrillator and frequent ventricular tachycardia will take the drug for two months. The main goal is to see if the number of episodes drops.
