Summary

This study looked at whether giving less intense, personalized treatment after surgery can lower side effects for people with HPV-related throat cancer. 63 patients had surgery to remove their tumors, then received follow-up therapy based on their individual risk. The goal was to maintain cancer control while reducing weight loss, feeding tube use, and other toxicities.
