First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 31 times

Summary

This study tests whether treating both frequent nighttime urination (nocturia) and insomnia together works better than treating each alone. Researchers will enroll 192 adults aged 60 and older who wake up to urinate at least twice per night and have trouble sleeping. The goal is to improve sleep, reduce bathroom trips, and boost quality of life.
