New hope for older adults: tackling nighttime bathroom trips and sleeplessness together

Summary

This study tests whether treating both frequent nighttime urination and insomnia together works better than treating each alone. It involves 192 adults aged 60 and older who have at least two bathroom trips per night and trouble sleeping. Participants will receive integrated therapy and be followed for 4 months to see if their symptoms and quality of life improve.
