Summary

This study tested an oral drug called Minnelide for adults with a rare and aggressive form of pancreatic cancer (adenosquamous carcinoma) that had stopped responding to prior treatments. The goal was to see if the drug could control the cancer's growth. Participants took the drug daily in repeating cycles for up to a year while doctors monitored their response.
