Less invasive back surgery under the microscope for severe curvature

Summary
This study aims to evaluate and improve the results of a less invasive surgical approach for adults with severe spinal deformities like scoliosis. It will follow 500 patients to track their pain, function, and recovery, and identify best practices to reduce complications and improve quality of life. The goal is to establish clearer guidelines for this specific type of surgery.
