Summary
This study looked at whether adding mini-squat exercises at different angles (30°, 45°, and 60°) to a standard leg press workout changes leg muscle strength in football players. 60 male athletes completed the program. The goal was to measure strength in the front and back thigh muscles and their balance, which can help prevent injuries.
