Scientists test squat angles to build better legs and prevent injuries
NCT ID NCT07351097
Summary
This study aims to find out if adding mini-squat exercises at specific knee angles (30°, 45°, and 60°) to a standard leg press workout can improve leg muscle strength and balance in football players. Researchers will measure the strength of the front (quadriceps) and back (hamstrings) thigh muscles in 60 young male athletes. The goal is to gather knowledge that could help coaches and therapists design better, safer training programs to prevent injuries.
