Summary
This study looked at whether adding mini-squat exercises at different angles (30°, 45°, and 60°) to leg press workouts changes quadriceps and hamstring strength in football players. Sixty male athletes aged 18-30 took part. The goal was to measure muscle strength and the balance between hamstring and quadriceps muscles, which can help prevent injuries.
