First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 34 times

Summary

This study compares two types of surgical tools used in a minimally invasive procedure to remove kidney stones. About 90 adults with stones between 10 and 25 mm will be randomly assigned to receive either a vacuum-assisted sheath or a standard sheath during surgery. The goal is to see which tool clears more stones and leads to less pain and fewer complications.
