Could a daily glass of mineral water help your liver?
NCT ID NCT07211113
Summary
This study tested whether drinking a specific mineral water daily for 12 months could help people with fatty liver disease. Researchers wanted to see if the water could improve gut health, reduce body-wide inflammation, and lower liver fat. They compared 87 participants who either drank the water plus followed a diet, or followed the diet alone.
