Summary
This study looks at whether a digital platform called mindline.sg can help adults in Singapore better understand mental health, feel better emotionally, and improve their quality of life. About 300 participants with mild to moderate mental health symptoms will either use the platform or receive standard information. The goal is to see if the tool leads to real improvements in wellbeing and work productivity.
