Glasses and games: new tech aims to rewire the brain after stroke

NCT ID NCT07322614

Summary

This study tested a rehabilitation device called MindLenses, which combines special prism glasses with brain-training games, to help people recover thinking and movement skills after a stroke. Sixty stroke survivors with cognitive difficulties either used the new device or received standard rehab therapy. Researchers measured changes in memory, attention, and motor function over six months to see if the device was safe and helpful.
