Summary

This study tested whether an 8-week online mindfulness yoga program could help adults with fibromyalgia. 64 participants were randomly assigned to either do the yoga sessions or receive standard physiotherapy and walking exercises. Researchers measured changes in pain, fatigue, and daily function to see which approach was more helpful for managing symptoms.
