Can a phone app help college freshmen sleep better and stress less?
NCT ID NCT07350733
Summary
This study is comparing two different phone-based programs to see which one better helps first-year college students manage stress. One program teaches mindfulness, while the other focuses on problem-solving skills. Researchers will measure if using these apps improves students' sleep, mood, stress levels, and even their grades over a semester.
