Mindfulness vs. sleep coaching: which helps students snooze?
NCT ID NCT07180784
Summary
This study compared two non-drug programs to help university students with insomnia. One program used mindfulness meditation techniques, while the other used structured cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to change sleep thoughts and habits. Researchers tested 57 students to see which approach better improved sleep, stress, anxiety, and overall quality of life over several months.
