Summary
This study is testing two different brief talk therapy programs to help adults manage chronic pain. Researchers are comparing a mindfulness-based approach with a cognitive-behavioral therapy approach, with both available in English and Spanish. The goal is to see which approach works better for reducing pain symptoms and improving overall wellbeing in people living with chronic pain.
