Summary
This study tested whether a mindfulness-based healthy living training program could help reduce symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and improve quality of life. Researchers enrolled 114 women with regular menstrual cycles and significant PMS symptoms. The program taught mindfulness techniques and healthy lifestyle behaviors to see if they could ease PMS symptoms and help women feel better.
