Can a simple text message help fight opioid addiction?
NCT ID NCT07350148
Summary
This study is testing if daily text messages can help people stay on their medication for opioid addiction. For six months, 60 participants will get medication reminders, and for one month, they'll also get mindfulness messages. Researchers want to see if these texts help people take their medicine consistently and better manage cravings, pain, and withdrawal symptoms.
