Summary
This study is testing whether mindfulness training can help reduce stress, depression, and sleep problems in two groups: hospital staff and older adults. Forty participants will take part in two four-month mindfulness courses. Researchers will use brain scans and wearable devices to see how the training affects the brain and sleep patterns.
