Can text messages help stressed caregivers get moving?
NCT ID NCT07342140
Summary
This study is testing a program called B-Mindful-Life that aims to help caregivers of people with neurological disorders (like Alzheimer's or Parkinson's) become more physically active and manage stress. The program combines mindfulness training with lifestyle counseling and is delivered partly through mobile messages (like WhatsApp) to fit into busy schedules. Researchers will measure if the program helps caregivers exercise more and feel better over a 12-month period.
