Can brain training calm teen anxiety? new study investigates
NCT ID NCT07055217
Summary
This study aims to understand how mindfulness training combined with brain feedback might help teenagers who experience frequent negative thoughts. Researchers will compare 50 at-risk teens with 50 healthy teens, using brain scans to see if the training changes specific brain network connections. The goal is to gather knowledge about how these techniques affect the brain, not to provide direct treatment benefits to participants.
