Summary

This study looks at whether using a smartphone app for daily guided meditation, along with learning about mindfulness, can help employees feel more engaged at work and less stressed. About 134 adult workers will be split into two groups: one gets the meditation app plus educational materials right away, the other gets them after a wait. The main goal is to see if work engagement improves over 12 weeks.
