Scientists scan brains to see how meditation changes student memory
NCT ID NCT05710250
Summary
This study investigated how mindfulness meditation training affects brain chemistry and memory in students. They used brain scans and memory tests to measure changes in brain metabolism and memory performance before, during, and after the training.
