Summary
This study looks at whether a 6-week mindfulness meditation program can help pregnant women feel less stressed, anxious, or depressed, and improve their bond with their baby. About 70 pregnant women will either join the meditation program or receive standard psychological support. Researchers will track mood, sleep, and baby outcomes like crying and attachment up to 12 months after birth.
