First seen Feb 02, 2026 · Last updated May 28, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study tests whether a 6-week mindfulness meditation program helps pregnant women feel less stressed, anxious, or depressed, and improves sleep and happiness. It also looks at whether the program helps babies cry less and sleep better, and strengthens the bond between mother and child. About 70 pregnant women will be randomly assigned to either the meditation program or standard psychological support.
