Summary
This study aims to see if a special mindfulness and compassion training program can help reduce feelings of depression, anxiety, and stress in pregnant women who did not plan or want their pregnancy. The research will involve 68 women in Turkey who will be randomly assigned to either receive the training or not. The main goal is to measure if the training improves the women's emotional well-being and self-acceptance during this challenging time.
