Summary
This study is testing whether a short mindfulness exercise can help people feel better about unresolved past memories. Researchers will have 220 undergraduate students try either a guided mindfulness session or a simple mind-wandering task before thinking about a difficult memory. The goal is to see if the mindfulness approach reduces negative feelings and helps people find closure more effectively.
