Can mindfulness classes in school help teens cope with stress?
NCT ID NCT07482839
Summary
This study is testing whether a special mindfulness and compassion training program is practical and acceptable for teenagers in Thailand. About 46 students aged 16-18 will attend four weekly group sessions after school to learn skills for managing emotions and building resilience. The main goal is to see if the program can be run smoothly in a school setting before planning a larger study to check if it actually improves mental well-being.
