Summary

This study tests whether Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) can reduce psychological distress and improve self-compassion in people with psoriasis. Researchers will enroll 128 adults with psoriasis who are experiencing emotional difficulties. Participants will either receive MBCT sessions or continue with usual care, and the study will measure changes in distress, self-compassion, and how much control they feel over their health.
