Can meditation calm pregnancy stress and help babies sleep better?
NCT ID NCT07364032
Summary
This study is testing whether a 6-week mindfulness meditation program helps pregnant women feel less stressed, anxious, and depressed compared to a standard psychological support program. It will also see if the program improves bonding with their baby and leads to better infant outcomes like less crying and better sleep. Researchers are recruiting 70 pregnant women to compare the two approaches.
