Summary

This study tested whether a mindfulness-based healthy living training program could reduce premenstrual syndrome (PMS) symptoms and improve quality of life. 114 women with regular periods and high PMS scores participated. The training focused on healthy behaviors and mindfulness, with results measured using PMS and quality-of-life scales.
