Summary
This study is testing whether a mindfulness-based therapy program can effectively reduce symptoms of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). It involves 420 participants across two Canadian clinics, comparing the mindfulness program to standard cognitive-behavioral therapy and a waitlist group. The goal is to see if learning mindfulness skills can help people manage OCD symptoms and improve their quality of life.
