Summary
This study tests whether a short-term mindfulness program can reduce the distress of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) in 420 adults. Participants receive either mindfulness therapy or standard treatments like cognitive-behavioral therapy. The goal is to see if mindfulness offers a new, effective option for those who don't fully respond to current therapies.
