Can mindfulness ease the strain on future nurses in somalia?
NCT ID NCT07352046
Summary
This study is testing whether a mindfulness training program can help reduce stress and build resilience for nursing students in Somalia. Nursing students often face high stress from their studies and training, especially in challenging environments. The research will compare a group of students who receive the mindfulness sessions over three weeks to a group who does not, to see if the training improves their stress levels, resilience, and confidence in their studies.
