Can a Mom's calm mind protect her Baby's heart?

NCT ID NCT06805799

Summary

This study aims to see if mindfulness training for pregnant women can help reduce stress for both mother and baby. Researchers will measure how 40 mother-baby pairs respond to stress at 6 months old and check markers of heart disease risk at 12 months. The goal is to understand if reducing stress early can help prevent future heart problems for both generations.
