Summary
This study tests whether a 6-week mindfulness skills training program can help reduce anxiety and depression in adults who have recently been released from jail or prison. Researchers will compare participants who take the mindfulness classes with a waitlist group that receives the training later. The study involves 60 participants and will also check if the program is practical and well-received.
