Mindfulness may ease stress and memory loss in seniors

Summary

This study tests a tailored mindfulness program (MAP) against a health education program in 30 older adults with mild cognitive impairment and high stress. The goal is to see if MAP can lower stress and improve memory, mood, and well-being. Participants will be followed for 6 months to check feasibility and safety.
