Can mindfulness training tame high blood pressure?

Summary
This study is testing if a mindfulness training program delivered over Zoom can help lower high blood pressure in Black women. It will compare the mindfulness program to a general support group to see which is more effective at reducing blood pressure, stress, and depressive symptoms over six months. The study is recruiting 300 women who are already part of the Jackson Heart Study.
