Mindfulness may ease childbirth fear for teen moms and partners

Summary
This study tests whether a 4-week mindfulness training program can reduce fear of childbirth and improve bonding and breastfeeding success in pregnant teenagers and their partners. 54 couples will be randomly assigned to either the training or standard care. The goal is to see if this simple, non-drug approach can support young families during pregnancy.
